Finally XIAOMI in "OFFLINE" Market

While all of Xiaomi’s smartphones are sold online, the company is reportedly getting ready to unveil a new smartphone called Redmi 3s Plus, which will be the first offline-only retail smartphone.
First reported by Gadgets 360, the smartphone is expected to be identical to the Redmi 3s Prime in terms of design. However, it will have 2GB of RAM, compared to 3GB on the Redmi 3s Prime. The smartphone will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box and could retail at Rs 8,799.
The report also states that retailers across India have already started getting the Redmi 3S Plus units and the sale is expected to commence from Saturday,October 1. There's no official word about Xiaomi’s plans to launch an offline-only smartphone, however, the announcement could be made after October 1.
The Redmi 3s Plus is expected to flaunt a 5-inch HD (720p) display, just like the Redmi 3s and Redmi 3s Prime. At the heart of the smartphone, Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor (eight Cortex A53 cores) paired with Adreno 505 GPU and 2GB of RAM is expected.
In the camera department, a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera is expected. While the Redmi 3s Prime is equipped with 4,100mAh battery, there is no word on the battery capacity of the Redmi 3s Plus.
The Xiaomi smartphone is also expected to come with a fingerprint scanner at the back for biometric authentication. 4G LTE and VoLTE voice calling support could also be expected on the smartphone.

Xiaomi ROIDMI

Xiaomi ROIDMI

It looks like Xiaomi is working on another new and innovative product called the Roidmi which combines an FM transmitter and car charger into one and adds Bluetooth connectivity. The Roidmi features a simple design made from stainless steel and two USB posts for charging that light up with blue LEDs.
The charging ports are powered by AnaNaviTek Paragon Technology high-performance DC-DC main chip that features an input voltage of 12/24V and gives the two USB charging ports a combined output of up to 5V@3.1A (15.5W) or a single-port output of up to 2.1A.
The ports also feature intelligent recognition making it compatible with both Apple and Android devices. To make charging devices with the Roidmi secure, Xiaomi has included a total of eight different safety features including short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and more.

As for the Roidmi’s FM transmitter and Bluetooth functions, users can connect to the Roidmi via Bluetooth and use the downloadable app to adjust its FM transmitter frequency from 87.5-108MHz.
Once the car stereo system and the FM transmitter are synced, the user can then open their phone’s music app and start playing music through the Roidmi.
This design eliminates the need for a wire to connect your phone to the FM transmitter and removes the need for Xiaomi to add a display and controls to the Roidmi because of the app.
The Roidmi is expected to be officially released sometime in October at a surprisingly low price rag of only 59 Yuan.

Finally NOKIA Plans to back in Market With Model number "D1C"

A Nokia smartphone with the model number D1C has appeared on the Geekbench benchmark site. Not much is known about the device except that it is powered by the Snapdragon 430 SoC featuring an octa-core 1.4GHz CPU, and the Adreno 505 GPU.
3GB of RAM is inside and Android 7.0 is pre-installed on what appears to be a low to mid-range model.
When the deal between Microsoft and Nokia closed in April 2014 sending Nokia Devices and Services to Redmond for more than $7 billion, a non-compete clause prevented Nokia from using its name on a newphone until today. Today happens to mark the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2016.
We could see three to four new Android phones or tablets from Nokia during the current three month period that ends in December. Two of the handsets are rumored to be powered by the high-end Snapdragon 820 chipset.
The phone spotted on Geekbench is a little more downscale than those two rumored models. With the Snapdragon 430 chipset inside, the Nokia D1C was run through Geekbench five times. The highest single-core score was 682 (twice) while the highest multi-core score was 3229.

Google WiFi Home Router:
Google has introduced Google WiFi home router. Google WiFi is an expandable system that lets you add Google WiFi points in a large room thanks to the mesh WiFi technology.
Thanks to mesh WiFi technology, each Google WiFi point creates a high-powered connection and the different points work together to determine the best path for your data. This results in fast WiFi everywhere in the house and not just right next to the router.Google says the Google WiFi, built on the strengths of OnHub that was launched last year.
Google Wifi comes with Network Assist technology that works in the background and automatically places you on the clearest channel and optimal Wi-Fi band for your device.
And as you roam around your house, Network Assist will seamlessly transition your device between the Google WiFi system points in real time, so you avoid dead spots or delays.Moving on, Google WiFi works with a companion app that is available on Android or iOS.
The app lets you pause WiFi on kids’ devices and shows you which devices are connected and how much bandwidth they are using and lets you prioritize devices within your network.

Moving on it offers real-time answers to things from an array of domains like cooking, news, sports and even basic day-to-day tasks like knowing the weather, stock markets and so on. Google Home lets you control devices around thehouse such as Chromecast and support apps like Netflix ,
Google Photos and so on.Similar to Google’s OnHub router, it is also quite customizable thanks to the modular base that can be set to match your room’s decor. Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 2

Xiaomi, the Chinese brand, is now offering a connected indoor air purifier Wouldn’t it be great if you could switch on your home air purifier before you get back in the evening? Xiaomi’s first smarthome product in India, the Mi Air Purifier 2, allows the user to do just that—connect with your home Wi-Fi and monitor as well as control functions from anywhere (the Mi Home app; free for Android and iOS).

  • The Mi Air Purifier 2 has a high 310m3/h CADR (clean air delivery rate). After 30 minutes of running in a 32.5 sq. m living room, the air quality improved from an unhealthy 123g/m3 of particulate matter (PM), to a much healthier 21 g/m3 PM. In a smaller 19 sq. m room, the air quality improved within 30 minutes, from 91g/m3 to 11g/m3. While cooking, the indoor air quality becomes really bad—our air quality monitor (Forbix Semicon; aroundRs.7,000 on Amazon.in) registered 370 g/m3, and the Mi Air Purifier 2 improved that to just 36μg/m3 in a mere 22 minutes.
Excellent air purification capabilities, well thought-out features and smart connectivity options, the Mi Air Purifier 2 offers all this—though what stands out most perhaps is the price.
Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 2: Rs 9,999
